The Corresponding Author is responsible for:

Abstract Content and Format
For Scientific Oral Presentations

Do not include the title or author names within the body of the abstract. Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification.

Please present the following sections clearly and concisely:

- ◦ Results
- ◦ Conclusion

The abstract title should be concise and informative.

Maximum length: 1,000 characters (including spaces).

Please use minimal formatting, as the system cannot guarantee that formatting will be preserved exactly as entered.

Avoid using uncommon or non-standard abbreviations.
For Poster Presentations

Authors whose abstracts are accepted for poster presentation are required to prepare an A0-size poster in portrait orientation.

Posters should clearly include:

- ◦ Author(s)
- ◦ Affiliation(s)
- ◦ Key findings of the research

Authors are encouraged to use graphs, charts, tables, and images to enhance the clarity and visual appeal of the poster.

During the poster presentation session, presenters are expected to remain at their posters to discuss their research and answer questions from attendees.
Abstract Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw your abstract or change the presenting author, please submit an official withdrawal request by email to the Conference Secretariat before .../.../2026, clearly stating the Abstract ID.

Requests submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

•
Approval of abstract withdrawal (and registration fee refunds, if applicable) is subject to the decision of the Organizing Committee.
No-Show Policy
An abstract will be recorded as a NO SHOW, and the presenter will not receive a Certificate of Participation, if any of the following applies:

The abstract is included in the conference program but is not presented in person.

The abstract is presented by an individual who is not registered and/or is insufficiently familiar with the research.

•
No registered author or representative is available to present the work or respond to questions from attendees.

•
